Welcome to Room 7/8's blog.
We have 19 wonderful year 1 children in our classroom. We think we are super lucky because we have two teachers! Mrs Forsyth teaches us in the morning and in the afternoons Mrs Fairweather teaches us while Mrs Forsyth takes Reading Recovery. Our lovely teacher aides Jody and Ameena help us too! This morning at assembly we watched our Kapa Haka perform their winning performance. We were proud to hear that South School's Junior Kapa Haka came second in the West Coast competitions.
