Shape Fun
We are learning about 2 dimensional shapes - naming them, describing them, grouping them and making them. The game we are playing below is called shape loopy and we are describing and naming shapes. We also used the geoboards and rubber bands to make shapes. Check out Ollie and Jed's shapes, can you name them?

Jack Flash and the Jumping Bean
Yesterday with had a visit from a performing arts group who presented a very funny and informative play which included lots of nursery rhyme and fairytale characters and reinforced a very important message... Reduce, reuse, recycle. We thought it was hilarious and had a fantastic time.

Cross country champions
Angel and Morris were the year one cross country champions - Congratulations. Breya was 2nd and Ayla was third. What an awesome effort everyone put in
