Welcome to Room 7/8's blog.
We have 19 wonderful year 1 children in our classroom. We think we are super lucky because we have two teachers! Mrs Forsyth teaches us in the morning and in the afternoons Mrs Fairweather teaches us while Mrs Forsyth takes Reading Recovery. Our lovely teacher aides Jody and Ameena help us too! Today we finished our observational drawings of leaves. We had to look very carefully at the leaves to notice the shapes and lines. Next week we will use these to make a mono print art work.
